Collar Care:

Each of our leather collars are hand crafted and treated with an oil and waterproofing balm before they make their way to you. Leather is an extremely hardy substance and will last you many years, if you collar becomes dirty we would recommend using a damp cloth to remove any of the dirt/mud followed by a saddle soap for cleaning. We would recommend using a conditioning balm on your leather in order to help keep it supple and soft,

Leather naturally develops patina over time - this is where oils ingrain into the leather and you may notice areas of your leather becoming dark, this is unique to each leather collar and is part of the aging process of the leather.

Please note : Full submergence in water/ sea water may cause your leather to dry out and cause damage to embossing.
